Vistalmar House

Our holiday home, Casa Vistalmar, is located in a small side street in the old town. Completely rebuilt with great attention to detail, Casa Vistalmar combines southern Spanish charm and modern comfort. The large, private roof terrace offers a fantastic view over the white, Moorish houses towards the beach and the Atlantic. The house is divided on two levels and welcomes its guests with an open, light-flooded design concept.

The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 single beds, which can be used as a large double bed (1.8mx 2m) or as 2 single beds. This includes a comfortable bathroom en suite. On the first floor there is an open, spacious living and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook with pleasure. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave are also available. The HD TV in the living room also receives German programs via satellite. On this floor there is also a second, spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.8mx 2m) and also a bathroom en suite. From the living and kitchen area, the stairs lead to the Castillete with washing machine and practical sink, with an exit to the large roof terrace. The 45m2 roof terrace is equipped with a dining area, a cozy lounge, an outdoor shower and a Weber kettle grill. A shadow pergola was installed in January 2020.

The equipment includes bed linen, shower and hand towels, but no beach towels. All rooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating functions. The bathrooms are equipped with a towel dryer and underfloor heating (for the winter months). According to today's standards, hot water is prepared using solar panels. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.
